- Transaction data: tickets purchased, booking references, and payment method type (not card numbers).
- Usage data: pages visited, search queries, and device/browser information.
- Organiser data: event listings, payout details, and analytics.

We use your data to:
- Process ticket purchases and send booking confirmations.
- Provide and improve the Platform.
- Send event updates and marketing emails (you may opt out at any time).
- Detect and prevent fraud.
- Comply with legal obligations under Zimbabwean law.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
- ContiPay payment infrastructure for transaction processing.
- Event organisers (name and email) so they can manage attendance.
- Regulatory or law enforcement authorities when required by law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for seven years as required by Zimbabwean financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
