Terms of Service — ContiPay Events

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ContiPay Events (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

ContiPay Events is a Zimbabwe-based live event discovery and ticketing platform. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the organiser. A booking fee of 5% is added at checkout. Prices are displayed in USD and ZWG (at a current indicative rate).

4. Organiser Responsibilities

Organisers are solely responsible for the events they list, including accurate descriptions, venue arrangements, and delivery of the event as advertised. ContiPay Events acts as a platform intermediary only.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through ContiPay. Accepted methods include EcoCash, InnBucks, ZIPIT, OneMoney, Omari, Visa, and Mastercard. ContiPay Events does not store payment card details.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform to list fraudulent events, resell tickets above face value without authorisation, or violate any applicable Zimbabwean law.

7. Limitation of Liability

ContiPay Events is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or attendance at any event.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
